What is Rock-A-Bye Babies and when is it? Rock-A-Bye Babies is a sling and dance support group for babies and their adults. It will encourage bonding through babywearing and movement, particularly aiming to support those who may be experiencing postnatal depression. More information about this class here.   What do I need to bring to Rock-A-Bye Babies? You will need to bring your own sling or carrier fit for purpose to move whilst babywearing during the class – this is due to hygiene and safety precautions following social distancing guidelines. Expressions will have a small number of slings as alternative styles to demonstrate with, or as spares to be used in a case where it is necessary.
